Information: When you book on our website, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation on e-mail or phone text message. Upon request, you can receive the booking confirmation via phone text message or letter. Check your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it, if you do not get one contact us directly by email. Any errors with the booking must be reported to us. Custom trips for your company or privately are paid by invoice, paypal or by card at pick-up.

Payment of the remaining amount.

Payment of the remaining amount is made to Go to Lapland AB by invoice, card or paypal no later than 24 hours before departure, or by card at pick-up. Be sure to enter the invoice number and order number when paying by invoice. Booking later than 24 hours before departure, the full amount is paid immediately or by card at pick-up. The cancellation must be made in writing to info@golapland.se and is free. You will get back 100% of the amount you paid us, if it is more than 24 hours until departure. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the departure of the tour will be charged at 20% of the total amount of the booking. If you have to cancel your trip due to travel restrictions introduced by the Swedish government, your home country government or a country that you have to travel through on the way to Sweden, we will refund the amount you paid us. We Go to Lapland AB have the right to cancel a trip, departure, or activity. for example in bad weather, severe cold. If the tour activity is interrupted or canceled by Go to Lapland AB, we will refund the full amount of the tour to you. Guests who participate in Go to Lapland AB's activities and tours do so at their own risk and must follow the guide and the company's information and security regulations and Swedish law. It is good if you have your own travel and accident insurance to protect you.
