Information: When you book on our website, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation by e-mail. Check your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it, if you have not received one contact us by e-mail. Any errors in the booking must be reported to us.

Booking on the website: Payment is made to Go to Lapland AB with: Card, PayPal or by card when pickup. A fee is added of 30 SEK per card transaction when you choose to pay at pickup. The cancellation must be made in writing to our email: info@golapland.se You can cancel your activity up to 48 hours before departure, then 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Full refund always if you show a medical certificate proving that you are not in a condition to participate in the tour. If canceled later than 48 hours before departure, 30% will be refunded. If you have chosen to pay by card when picking up when you booked and want to cancel later than 48 hours the following applies: You will receive an invoice for the amount to be paid to us. Go to Lapland AB has the right to cancel a trip, departure or activity at short notice. For example in bad weather or too cold weather. If the trip is canceled by Go to Lapland AB, we will refund the full amount to you within 30 days. Guests who participate in Go to Lapland AB's activities and tours do so at their own risk and must follow the guide's and the company's information and safety regulations.
